The ADVANCED FLUIDIZATION FREEZER is completely factory assembled and tested prior to shipping. The conveyor belting is made of stainless steel woven wire material. The conveyor supports is constructed with galvanized steel lined, low friction, food grade, plastic wear strips designed for minimum belt wear. The refrigeration coils are constructed from aluminum, designed for maximum heal-transfer efficiency and operation intervals. The frigid air is delivered from aluminum high-efficiency fans. The defrost left is constructed from galvanized steel pipes and brass nozzles. The freezer enclosure is constructed with 4 inch thick high-efficiency urethane insulation. The enclosure skin is stainless steel. Large access doors are located at critical locations for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. The freezer is built to USDA, FDA, UL, CFIA .F.D.A., O.S.H.A. and C.S.A - Specifications & Standards. The freezer consists of combination of individual compartment of freezing sections.
- Oscillating Tray System
Carries and oscillates product in the air stream.
- Oscillating Tray Drives
The Oscillating Tray System is electrically driven, electric motors are directly coupled with Eurodrive heavy duty gear motor.
- Air Plenum
The fan plenum is consisting of divided compartments for each fan section. This will offer customer more flexibility in freezing varies product size and amount of product agitations during the crust and actual freezing process.
- Fan & Motor
The IQF. fans are high efficiency centrifugal type with air foil blades and are mounted within the plenum assemblies. All of the fan motors on the tunnel freezer are wash down duty motors.
- Air Pulsater
Pulsates the air flow through the product to bubble the product for better product agitation and separations.
- Wall Baffling
Located on the entrance and discharge ends of the freezer to keep down the air infiltration in to the freezer.
- Aluminum Coils
Aluminum evaporators made of I" O.D. X.065" wall 303 alloy tubes,.016" thick 1100 alloy fins. The fins are designed to assure even frost built up through out the inside of coil surface, for maximum production time intervals.
- Product Discharge Chute
Delivers frozen product out of freezer. Discharge chute made of 14 ga.T304 stainless steel complete with discharge curtains.
Catwalk is located between the tray and the coil for inspection of product flow and cleaning.
- Access step ladder
30" wide front step ladder made of aluminum decking material for access and inspection to the catwalk between the tray and the coil.
- Motor Control Centre
A motor control center for all fan motors, consisting of main circuit breaker, starters, indicating lights and selector switch. NEI~M 4 specification.
